I have strong technical qualifications and research skills that enable me to take bookings using the best available routes, check and verify customs documents, map and prepare bills of lading, and follow up with shippers and forwarders. In my current role, we design and implement workflow processes, establish connections between different systems, conduct customer satisfaction surveys, and lead all documentation and counter activities to ensure best service delivery time. I also have extensive and multinational work experience with EVERGREEN shipping line in Egypt, Kenya, Tanzania, and Mozambique, where I supported sales, operations, and CSD teams to secure and handle outbound and inbound traffic.
