Mircea is the most passionate volunteer I ever met. He is always present at all kind of events and he is a proud member in multiple youth associations. Toastmasters is just one of the NGOs that benefited from his skills and experience. Here, he contributed to the organization's development by continuously pushing people forward and keeping them together at the same time. Mircea values teamwork and only works for projects he cares about.
What I primarily learned from him as the Toastmasters' president was that nothing happens overnight: behind impressive results there is always a lot of work, especially when it comes to public speaking. He is a good coach and his feedback is very specific and constructive.
