UX Design + Strategy

How do we organize our product so users understand it easily? -- Lets make sure your site is organized and easy to understand and use. We'll identify problem areas, suggest alterations, or create UX flows for new aspects / features of the product.

Acquisition Strategy

How do we get the word out? -- Now that you've got a usable version of your product built, how do you get users to start using it? We'll put together a beta set of users, strategy for collecting early feedback, and longer term strategy for being discovered via social media, SEO, paid search advertising, partnerships, email strategy, etc.

Vision and Values Definition

Answer the questions -- What are we building and why? What problem are we solving? What are we creating? Is this in line with the team members' personal purpose and passions?

I have a worksheet I will give you and your team to work through to make sure the vision is clear and stable no matter how the product pivots.

Concept Validation + Data-Driven Decisions

If we build it, will they come? -- So you have a theory about what users want out of your product. I can help your team validate it through user interviews and rapid landing page testing.

I can also help set up metrics to find areas of weakness in on-boarding flow and app usage and test solutions.
