Milon Gupta has 20+ years of international management experience, and more than 10 years experience as a coach and facilitator. He has been an evaluator in business plan contests for startups. In addition, he has honed his strategic skills for 4 decades as a chess player which gained him the the FIDE Master title. He uses chess as a metaphor for explaining strategic concepts to start-up founders and executives with or without knowledge of chess.
