Mike is a beacon of light at the end of a tunnel. He has shown many people, in the dark, how to get employed by using social netoworking. Not just electronically but with live people as well. Mike's instructions come from personal experience, so he can relate to where peoples frustrations come from. Attending Mike's workshops I learned to not be content with just any job, but focus on what specific job do I want and where do I want to be. Now make a plan and make it happen.

I have had the pleasure of attending numerous workshops delivered by Mike Marinoff and I cannot say enough about his positive energy, professionalism, and knowledge. It was a tremendous pleasure working with him.

Mike has been invited to return to speak to a weekly Job Club that I lead in Los Angeles numerous times. Mike Marinoff and his team have been instrumental in our Campus Recruiting efforts at all levels. From our Internship program to our MBA recruiting program, Mike and his group have allowed us to penetrate and grow our presence within our target college campuses, which allowed us to fill key positions with amazing and bright new talent.

Mike took the time out of his extremely busy schedule to come to UCI to speak to our (my) fraternity, the Brotherhood of Phi Gamma Delta (FIJI). The presentation was on the importance of networking and reaching out to others in order to build a personable relationship in the professional world. The presentation was so effective that nearly everyone whom did not have a linkedin that night went home and created an account. Michael is detail oriented with a great passion for all his projects and people that work with him. Although we did not work in the same division, it would have been a great pleasure to have day to day operations with him.
