First time I truly understand how to implement Stimulus Control. Michael talked about not watching the clock and feeling the night decompressed. It does feel like that. No pressure, just go by your internal cue (sleepiness), not by external cue (clock).

Michael was amazing. I has been struggling with sleep for awhile.. sleeping pills, cbt etc.. After speaking with him amd implementing his strategies I have become a great sleeper again! What a relief. He was so kind and caring and I would highly recommend working with him
