As the Co-Founder/CEO of Vidyard, I've been responsible for building a growth oriented and sustainable sales team within the organization.
We've hired and fired, learned the value of wind and grind outbound prospecting and utilized lightweight CRM (eventually and currently Salesforce) to track activities, pipeline and growth.
I can explain to you what to look for in your first Sales hire, 2nd Sales hire and VP of Sales/CRO.
