I have lived business at every level -- from being part of a family business that grew from 5 to 100 people, to working through the sale of that business and starting new ones again from scratch. I know what it means to be a "real" small business person and how to do much more with much less.
I live and breathe customer service. I write about it, speak about it, and most importantly practice it at the highest level at my own companies. We've won awards for it, but most importantly we believe in it with all our hearts and souls.
Whether it's in writing or the spoken word, quality communication is a rapidly dying art and skill. I try to keep it alive, not only in my own work, but in my speaking to students and business people about the value of quality communication in every area of life and business.
Umberto has some good ones. Here are some more, also off the top of my head. Hard to nail down without knowing the application (naming strategy can be different depending on whether it is a product or service, etc.). Also, I obviously haven't investigated, but depending upon how you plan to use your name(s) and how publicly, you might want to do some basic checks on possible TM conflicts.

I would also focus on names around Empathy/Empathic communication, which is really what it is all about.
Happy to help more formally if/when you'd like.
I thoroughly enjoyed my call with Michael. He had a lot of advice covering an array of business topics. I look forward to my next call with him!
Michael was a mentor to me when the Deskinacar first hit the market in June 2008. He was very helpful and insightful and we do appreciate his efforts. We recommend Michael's products and see his knowledge of the market to be helpful to anyone in this business.
Michael Hess is the real deal! His columns for CBS News Moneywatch and his presentations are not only informative but also inspiring. He generously shares his wisdom, knowledge and firsthand experiences by sharing valuable information that is educational for the entrepreneur and business owner with conviction, passion and supportive guidance. He is easy to listen to and learn from. His "Business With Class" column mirrors how Michael, a CEO, runs his business and gives his presentations...with class ...and caring.
Michael is a class act and sharp as a tack. His product design and marketing abilities are unbeatable. I would work with Michael again in a second. Keep up the great work, Michael!
