We have nearly doubled our income every year since we came into operation in 2013 and have improved the lives of approximately 3,000 people through renewable energy, nature conservation, reforestation, water, education and public health initiatives. After working for six years in the private sector I was dissatisfied and wanted to do more with my life, have more of positive impact in the lives of others so I co-founded EcoSwell. We are a for impact non profit focussed on helping poor communities thrive sustainably in the developing world. I have acted as Director of Outreach and led the way for the organisations growth (in terms of financials and human resources), it's direction and productivity.
