Melissa is one the best product managers I have had the pleasure of working with. She is great at implementing lean strategies on all projects and understands the importance of the user experience. I highly recommend Melissa to anyone and I expect to see great things from her FlowsBy venture.

Fantastic PM! I enjoy working with Melissa on any project big or small. She is involved with many events and organizations; constantly bringing back the best new ideas and methods. She's a stickler for stats...in a good way. She'll keep you honest by focusing in on measurables and continually evaluating performance. She has a great eye for UI and constantly refines UX. From wireframing to the final project she focuses on the details that matter without losing sight of the big picture.
