Much of my expertise comes from being Head of Product, Engineering, and Design at Quorum, leading a 50-person team; a product leader at the climate tech company Watershed; and driving growth from $20M to $100M ARR at Lattice. At IBM, I built a $10M+ product incubator program, and earlier in my career, I gained hands-on experience starting and scaling my own companies.
