I build products for the top ecommerce companies in the world, mostly specializing in building a two sided marketplaces like ebay, Uber and Handy.com. I take different approach based on the stage of the company. For early stage companies, I help identify your core business problem and create a product strategy to use technology to create your first product. In case of a later series A/B companies, the goal is slightly different and is more about identifying a specific problem and help design product strategy for that area. I have worked with different product and engineering team setups and using that experience help startups form their product/engineering org for different stages.
