Endings and beginnings are the natural cycles of life. Some things must end in order for new opportunities to begin.
Grief is a natural human experience and reaction whether that stems from a loss of a loved one, a loss of a relationship, or a loss of a job or an opportunity.
As humans when we feel the loss of something that has been a stable fixture within our lives that was unexpectedly taken from us, usually means the greater the grief and the greater the shock.
Grief can manifest within our physical body, emotional body, or mental body. Many of us don't know how to manage and deal with grief properly, so we tend to suppress ourselves to continue our day to day lives.
The way out of grief is to flow with what comes up for us instead of holding it back or bottling up to avoid it and allow it to visit us, as humans however long it needs to be our visitor.
Avoid thought patterns of feeling "you should be over it by now" or "that this shouldn't affect you this much." When we lead with such thoughts, we deny our truest feelings and emotions. And when we deny our feelings and emotions it will not leave us. Leave our mind, leave our bodies.
As a coach, I will guide you through your grief, help you face it so that you can find the peace you seek and move forward with gratitude.
