Matthew is on of the most level headed and focused individuals I have met. For some these traits can cause some people to have a narrow scope and an inability for action however with Matthew it can be said that he has them in perfect balance.
If something requires long term planning then he is methodical, thorough and always open to the opinion of others. Alternatively when in a crisis situation where instant action is required, he steps up and gets the job done in the most efficient and comprehensive way possible without skipping a beat.

These traits when combined with his work ethic and his superior communication skills makes working with Matthew a pleasure and if ever I get the opportunity to work with him again then I would jump at that chance.
