I realised the power of what I call a 'like minded zone' that converts to a powerful conversation starter that leads to unpacking a prospect or client for problems that exist in their business.
I knew, very early in my career - If I want to stand out in the tech industry, I had to find a way to be known as a 'complex problem solver' and be regarded as an authority in solving that specific problem.
I was the highest paid sales professional in the tech industry from year 2000 and built a reputation based on what I strategically and deliberately set out to do.
Since then, I have helped develop sales teams into Personal Brands increasing profits exponentially. I started my own digital agency in 2005, targeting the university sector and was well regarded as a problem solver in the academic space.
I have converted my knowledge and methodology on Personal Branding into an online algorithm that assists in the unpacking phase of Personal Branding to help with positioning and writing a narrative that is believable and trustable. It is also used to overlay a consistent look and feel to external facing digital assets.
I have dedicated 32,000 hours experiencing and fine tuning Personal Branding purely based on my own lived professional and personal experience. I have witnessed how it has impacted others, countless hours of research, mentoring and self awareness - always striving to be the best version of myself.
