If you don't understand your customer, it's difficult to communicate with them in such a way that they'll spend money with you.
And even if you do understand them, using the wrong words or strategies can turn a hot prospect colder than a well-digger's ass, real fast.
Whether in person, on the phone, or on the web: you need to use the right psychological triggers to help a prospect develop trust. Because without trust, there's no sale, ever.
Sales psychology is not difficult: it simply means listening to what people say (verbally or in writing) so that once you communicate with them, your messaging will 'join the conversation that's already going inside their mind'.
Once you manage that, selling becomes easy, because people essentially sell themselves on working with you.
I can show you how to do exactly that, by asking the right questions and delivering the right messages. "Always be closing' is antiquated.
Facilitating the buying decision is what it's about these days.
