I met Mark sometime ago via Twitter, even before I had read his books he proved that being authentically helpful certainly drives results.

Most recently I invited Mark to be a speaker to a huge audience at an IBM event held in Ireland. Mark delivered a plenary talk on the "Return on Influence" and also delivered two sessions on "Six Layers of Engagement". Mark's content and delivery style really brought the topics to life. Of the weeks sessions, the feedback provided put his sessions as one of the strongest.

I asked Mark to come speak to the American Advertising Federation - Louisville after one of my colleagues recommended him after seeing his presentation at the Digital Non-Conference in Cincinnati.

Mark spoke at one of our club's monthly luncheons, and did a great job of explaining a complex subject to an audience of about 125, with mixed levels of experience and expertise. At our next Board meeting, everyone was still raving about his presentation, saying how we need to 'have more speakers like THAT'. It's important to our executive committee to give our members programs of value and information that they can take back and apply to their jobs. Mark did just that--and brought humor and entertainment at the same time. I would absolutely recommend Mark to anyone looking for a fantastic speaker and presenter.

Mark is an excellent resource for providing organizations with marketing services. He has been assisting me with utilizing Social Media as a means for connecting with possible clients and he is very knowledgeable in this area. Utilizing Social Media effectively is not an easy task without an experienced resource. His strategic approach is extremely valuable and he is very effective in explaining how to apply it.

Mark has unlimited vision when it comes to pushing the limits and thinking out of the box. He has a solid understanding of technology capability, customer requirements and business process applications and blends these understandings in determining the right strategy to push forward.
