Experience in Board and Advisory Selection, help guide and mediate organizations actions with respect to the organizational priorities and governance concerns. My role as Executive Director I provide leadership to several non-profit organization, including Our Rivers of Life Inc and their program staff, and help in setting and maintaining the policies for the organizations. Duties include overseeing operations, encourage Board's role in strategic planning, cultural diversity training. I assist in monitoring the financial planning and financial reports and continually evaluate the performance of the organizations in order to strengthen the organization's programs and services in achieving their mission and goals. Coordinate to help implement various community and youth service programs.
