As digital health startup TraveDoc's Founder and CEO, I always have my passport in my pocket. For work, I've zipped around the globe and combined my passion for travel with my one true love, medicine and public health. I joined forces with the World Health Organization to improve healthcare in Latin America and gained my clinical experience in Germany, Switzerland, South Korea, and at Johns Hopkins Hospital. Before joining Gfk Bridgehead as a healthcare consultant, I worked on a multinational hospital project at the Harvard Business School. I earned my medical degree from Germany's University of Muenster, and my public health degree from the Johns Hopkins School of Public Health where I concentrated in healthcare management and leadership. When I'm not working, I'm a history buff and love running marathons (want to guess who the German Olympic training center called when they needed a mid-distance runner?).
