Magalí Castells is the founder of TMH Advisory, a boutique consulting company specialized in hotel transactions, appraisals and feasibility projects. Before launching her own venture, she was part of the Acquisitions and Asset Management team at L+R Hotels, managing a global portfolio of over 23,000 rooms. Magalí also spent over five years at HVS, the leading hospitality consulting firm, where she specialized in hotel appraisals and feasibility studies across international markets.
