I engaged Luis on a POS System implementation project early 2012 for a fairly large retailer in Bellevue. ($60 mil annual sales). Luis did an exellent job on the whole process and impressed the client over and beyond.
I also worked with Luis at vCustomer. He is extremely smart, very compentent, always trying to improve and make process more efficent. He is technically strong, of high integrity and really fun to work with.
