I have a B.A. in Psychology and Sociology. I worked as a Mental Health Counselor with adults with mental illness and as a Correctional Recovery Coach in a Men’s prison until I left work to manage my chronic illness and pain related to an autoimmune disease diagnosis. More recently I trained as a coach online and am certified in various energy healing practices. I am an empath/HSP who has worked on my own physical and mental health for years, practicing mindfulness and meditation regularly, in addition to going through years of therapy and personal development.
