I recently got the budget to finally try out Lev's online research tool - Ask Your Target Market (aytm.com). I loved it until I realized I'd made a mistake in the set up. After sending a customer service message not only did I get a quick reply, but I got it from him (the CEO). He worked with me to resolve the issue over the holidays which, in the research industry, is pretty hard to believe. The service was more than reasonably priced and I was frankly a little stunned at the quality of the output. I'd recommend this service just about anyone in strategic planning or research. I've already circulated the findings to the rest of our planning group with an endorsement of the service.
Lev provided all the graphic treatments for the Corticon Dialogs product. His work was well executed and he showed great sensitivity and flexibility to our needs. He worked will with our engineering team, delivering the design in a remarkably short timeframe.
