I have been in the BPO (business process outsourcing) industry since 2006. I have handled different types of accounts, from Telco, Health Insurance, Credit Card Collections and more. My first account was a healthcare Insurance where I was responsible in taking in calls from medical professional and discuss the eligibility and benefits of a patient in their current plan. For the Telco account, I was responsible in taking in calls and assists existing subscribers in both their phone and internet plans, from inquiries, billing, complaints and issuing tickets. This is an Australian Telco Account. For my collections experience, I was responsible in taking inbound calls to assists customers with thier bills and making payments over the phone via their checking and/or debit or credit cards. I was also responsible to do outbound calls and remind customers about their past due accounts and possibly ask for payments as well. I was also responsible in processing account closure and initial investigation for fraudulent activity are processed as per customer request. For other concerns such as fraud updates, disputes, and re-opening of an account, those calls are warmed transfer to the right department. I also have some experience in doing outbound calling for telemarketing services for a mortgage account where we call potential customers and offer them a loan amount with a low interest rate. Another outbound experience is to call small businesses and ask permision to send a proposal for a Telco company.
I also had the oportunity in working at home for almost three years. I have worked with a campaign for insurances where we call companies and offer them insurances for their employees. I also worked as a tenant screener where I was responsible in processing tenant application back ground checks such as rent history, credit history, criminal background, and employment status. I was also given a chance to be a leads manager and administrative assistant for a real estate investor based in PA. I handled cold callers wherein I listen to their calls and do coaching sessions if needed. I was also responsible in setting up appointments which the CEO or aquisitions manager will be visiting to do inspections for repairs and appraisals. I was also responsible in updating the CRM and creating spreadsheets for reporting purpuses.
I am very much organized when it comes to working as an administrative assistant. I make it to a point that my work would be easier as I provide service to my client by organizing, creating spreadsheets, or anything that will be usefull and effective for the business.
I have handled different virtual assistant tools such as G-suites, Podio, CallRail, Mojo dialer, Appfolio, Propertyware, RingCentral.
During my free time I would just want to stay at home and take all the rest I can get. Sometimes, if I still have the time, I play online and mobile games like Dota 2 and mobile legends. I also like going to the cinema and watch movies. I also like watching Nat Geo and Discovery. I see myself traveling in the future and explore both local and foreign countries if given the opporunity.
