Most young entrepreneurs don't realize that the real issue isn't their habits -- it's the IDENTITY those habits are coming from.
They focus on fixing behaviors like procrastination, inconsistency, or overworking, without questioning what's driving them.
**For example, someone might say they struggle with discipline, but underneath that is often a pattern of seeking validation, avoiding failure, or operating from a version of themselves they've outgrown.
So they keep trying to "fix" the habit, but the habit keeps returning-- because the root hasn't changed.
The most overlooked pattern I see is building a business from a misaligned identity. It can look productive on the outside, but internally it feels forced, heavy, or disconnected.
When that shifts-- when they start operating from a clearer, more aligned sense of self-- those "bad habits" either change naturally or stop showing up altogether.
It's less about discipline, and more about understanding who you're being when you make your decisions.
Hope this helps!!!!
