Started a small chain of outpatient substance abuse programs in Southwestern New Mexico. I had clinics in Deming, Anthony, Las Cruces, Alamogordo, Hatch, and Truth or Consequences, New Mexico. Was instrumental in developing a jail based program inside the Dona Ana County Detention Center for inmates needing medication assistance for opioid dependence. I was a partner in the establishment of Access to Recovery, a voucher based program for those with a substance abuse disorder in Dona Ana, Luna, and Otero County. In addition I was able to secure counseling contracts with the Department of Corrections, United States Probation/Pretrial Department, Department of Health, State of New Mexico, Dona Ana County, Luna County, and the 3rd Judicial District Court.
