I am a previous Customer Service Representative I really learned a lot from those experiences first is having respect to customers, listening attentively to their concerns and empathize because you need to put your self in the customers shoes. In addition to that I also learned resolving problems and think of many alternative solutions just to make your customer happy and satisfied. Lastly I improved my communication skills and learned on how to get along and deal with different types of people. Also I am a previous Data Analyst, being a Data Analyst is I learned a lot by having a crucial situations that you need to think critically because I need to improve my creativity and innovative skills. During those days accuracy and precision is a must when doing data visualization and presentation and also adaptability and flexibility because I need to work for how many hours just to finish the project and the tasks that needs to be done within the deadline. I also realized that doing things with teamwork, collaboration, and communication will let the job be easier. Lastly I learned how to multitask and to work on under pressure and in shifting schedules and on how to well manage your time.
