I was blown away with the ideas that Lani offered during our call; I had a specific situation and was looking for suggestions on how to extend my reach via Facebook. The fire hose of ideas wasn't just a brain dump of random thoughts, these were ideas that were targeted to my needs. Allen Voivod joined the conversation; the additional energy was more than double. They built upon ideas where 1+1=3 (or more!). They both bring talent and inspiration that will launch any project to a new height!

I have worked with Lani when she was contracting for Acorn Creative and also worked for her and her husband Allen's business, Ephiphanies, Inc, as a contractor. Lani is incredibly vibrant, full of great ideas, personable, enthusiastic and very knowledgeable about content creation and social media.

Lani is forward thinking, understands business, is creative and a great teacher. She loves to help others see the importance of social media in business and is terrific at energizing a crowd as I have seen her do at their Social Media Summits http://www.epiphaniesinc.com/presenting-the-2nd-annual-a-ha-nh-social-media-business-summit/.

Lani is passionate about helping individuals succeed with successful social media strategies. I highly recommend Lani and Epiphanies, Inc. to anyone looking for assistance with social media and/or content development for their business.

Let me start be saying that I could not use written words to give a strong enough recommendation for Lani Voivod. The only real opportunity to do so would be for you to call me and hear the passion in my voice.

If you're reading this, prepare yourself for a little mental test!

Here goes; Think back ... WAYYY back to the very beginning of your business career. Since then, try to guess how many casual recommendations you've given (for anyone). Then add in how many formal letters of recommendation you've sent out over the years. Then add in online recommendations (like this one.) Now add in how many networking connections you've ever facilitated because you believed in the skills of both parties. OK, Got your number?

Good. NOW, let's say you've been transported to some weird parallel universe where you were told that ALL of these recommendations would go away EXCEPT ONE! -- just POOF and they would all be gone as if they never happened, except that one you got to pick. You'd put a lot of thought into which recommendation would have the most impact ... the one person who would be deserving of your ONE allowed referral. It would HAVE to be a good one, right?! Right.

You're reading mine right now.

I worked with Lani several years ago when she reported to me in her role as a content strategist at Mattel Online. As an employee, she is as good as it gets. Lani has an innate understanding of the business of marketing, in a variety of mediums. She is whip-smart, diligent, intuitive, and boundlessly passionate about every project she takes on. It was a sad day for Mattel when she chose to leave to follow her own dreams. Over the years, I’ve had the pleasure of brainstorming ideas for our small business, and as a colleague, she’s, well, as good as it gets. I can honestly say anyone who chooses to work with Lani is lucky, indeed.

I highly endorse Lani. She was the best kind of colleague you can imagine - smart, creative, and willing to share her brilliant ideas for the good of the group. She had a genuine love of what she was doing that was infectious, and you knew if you were on her team you would do your best work.

She also has a thirst for expanding her horizons that has taken her far beyond the position she held when we worked together. She has immersed herself in learning about new ways of using the internet to communicate, particularly in regard to small business owners and freelancers, and she brings the same quest for innovation to her new endeavors that she brought to her creative work.
