Kelly did a great job of personally analyzing what I was eating, my supplements, and my activity levels. She then provided detailed recommendations of the modifications I should be making in a way that I can continue to use and adapt as my exercise/training routines change in the future. I was particularly surprised that I was eating enough protein and fat, but not enough carbs.
