I’m a digital merchandising and eCommerce leader who helps teams connect creativity with performance. I’ve spent years building and scaling online experiences that balance strong brand storytelling with smart, data-informed decisions — from improving product discovery to driving meaningful customer engagement.
Earlier in my career, I spent over a decade as a buyer, which gives me a deep understanding of assortment strategy, vendor relationships, pricing, margin, and inventory realities. That background allows me to bridge the gap between product, merchandising, and digital — and help teams align site experience with the business behind it.
I’m especially passionate about helping teams turn seasonal ideas and brand narratives into clear, intuitive digital experiences that actually convert. I love digging into site behavior, testing opportunities, and customer paths to refine what’s working and simplify what’s not.
Throughout my career at Urban Outfitters and Nuuly, I’ve partnered closely with UX, Product, Data Science, and creative teams and led high-performing merchandising and production teams through periods of growth and change. I enjoy mentoring, workshopping ideas, and helping others navigate cross-functional challenges, scaling pains, and decision-making in fast-moving environments.
Whether you’re thinking through assortment strategy, site storytelling, team structure, or how to better use data without losing creativity, I’m happy to share perspective, offer feedback, and help you move forward with confidence.
