Unbelievable how many companies deliver a great product, even reach product - market fit and then fail to get the pricing right. Correct pricing is an art. Overpricing and underpricing are often overlooked problems that extent beyond "just sales" - it affects the stretch of your resources, your focus, your reach - ultimately the happiness of your team and the success of your client.

Just being "a dime cheaper" than the competition is not a strategy it is lazy thinking.
