Training to Be Fit

My objective is to help clients understand the requirements of movement. I like details and love to teach them for full integration of the body when training. I can help with structuring workout programs based on need. I can give some advice for nutrition and supplementation.

Self Work

I may be able to get you into great shape and help guide you to physical health life changes but the mind and spirit cannot go without exercise. Life can be hard and stressful so for myself personally I developed tools to grow mentally and spiritually. It’s simple to do as it is taking the first step to working out or starting a diet. My job will be to give you tips but more importantly encouragement and accountability to be consistent.

Ideas

We all have people in our lives we can throw ideas at. A lot of times we may not get an honest response or help with the steps. We all want “thoughts to become things” so speaking to someone unbiased, non-judgmental, good listener and with ideas of their own could help you with the process. Help me help you.

Basic Sports Nutrition

I am no expert but many of us just need some basics to begin our journey to a healthier lifestyle. My background includes working at the Vitamin Shoppe helping people with their supplement needs. It extended to over 5 years working the wholesale side of sport nutrition. I have put myself through various diets from high carb to keto and vegan.
