Jorge is a highly intelligent and intuitive ABAPer who is also rapidly expanding his functional knowledge. In this role, he was repsonsible for implementing coding changes in hundreds of programs once the functional analysis was completed by myself and other functional consultants. He completed this task in a very organized and efficient manner, minimizing the need for repetitive testing cycles by getting it right the first time almost every time. He also consistently took the extra step to ask intelligent questions about the existing program logic and frequently recommended enhancements to improve performance and efficiency.
