He was also helpful and encouraging about my long-term strategy, and had a lot to offer there--but as he pointed out, I'll never get there if I get too caught up in the planning and don't get something started now. He's very focused on what's best for you at this point in time, not the distant future. As he says, we can talk about that later--let's get there first.
