John is one of the coolest designers I've worked with. He stays ahead of the curve, works well with others, has a unique style/vision, and is super-passionate about user experience.

As a developer working in tandem with him on several projects, I never had a problem communicating with him or getting an idea for what he's looking for. He also gave me several tips and neat resources to improve my design chops too, which I'm very grateful for.

John is pretty versatile... not only does he have a firm understanding of UX and looking at the bigger picture, but he's also equally dangerous with Photoshop as much as he is with HTML & CSS.

John is an amazing User Experience and Interface designer. He can get in the mind of the user and create or in some cases readjust the interface to work in a more natural way. He is very detail oriented and makes sure not to miss a screen or view when creating user flows. He also can code and is not afraid to get in there with HTML, CSS, SaSS etc... so he's got both skills you would want in a designer. Someone that can not only design but also think about things on the code level.
