John is one of the coolest designers I've worked with. He stays ahead of the curve, works well with others, has a unique style/vision, and is super-passionate about user experience.

As a developer working in tandem with him on several projects, I never had a problem communicating with him or getting an idea for what he's looking for. He also gave me several tips and neat resources to improve my design chops too, which I'm very grateful for.

John is pretty versatile... not only does he have a firm understanding of UX and looking at the bigger picture, but he's also equally dangerous with Photoshop as much as he is with HTML & CSS.

John translates user stories to well-designed experiences better than anyone I have ever worked with. He crafts experiences that elegantly solve multiple user problems in very creative yet simple ways.

John is by far one of the most detail oriented people i've ever worked with. John is an amazing User Experience and Interface designer. He can get in the mind of the user and create or in some cases readjust the interface to work in a more natural way. He is very detail oriented and makes sure not to miss a screen or view when creating user flows. He also can code and is not afraid to get in there with HTML, CSS, SaSS etc... so he's got both skills you would want in a designer. Someone that can not only design but also think about things on the code level.

John is truly a rare find. He is a marketing director's dream - a designer who truly understands the analytics behind the machine. His work reinforces the findings of data collected from the site and he creates a user experience that keeps people interested and engaged. He has great ideas, thinks outside the box, and is always willing to help in all areas. His relaxed nature brings a calming effect to the entire team, and you know that you can count on him to meet and exceed all his deliverables. He is a great team player and a truly great person to have working on your side!

John is the type of person that you always want on your team. He's creative, hard working, and detail oriented - all the while being super easy going and fun to be around.
