John was a tremendous asset to Omni Law Group. As the managing partner of a law firm, I look for the firm's associates to be ambitious, hard-working, and able to take matters off of my plate. John was the perfect mix of all three and more.

Right after joining Omni Law Group, he brought in a few clients that paid Omni enough revenue to cover his entire annual salary. John was almost always in the office before me and left after me, even though he lived more than an hour away. Though we took on many clients with issues that neither he nor I had dealt with before, John was diligent to research the issues and handle the matters from start to finish. Without this type of ambition and effort, Omni would not have received the revenue generated from these clients. Because of John's ability to adapt and his mental acumen, I was able to leave many client matters in his hands without having to worry about whether the clients were being cared for, which enabled me to focus my efforts on other matters. This ultimately led to Omni's clients receiving more personal attention and better results.

John was constantly thinking up new ideas for how to market Omni Law Group or generate revenue for the firm outside the "billable hour". He is very creative and proactive. These attributes, coupled with the other things he brought to the firm, are the icing on the cake for any employer.
