Life takes you to strange places. I started my business career designing merchant ships. When the marine industry moved offshore in the late 1970's, I decided to branch out on my own using my engineering and computer knowledge to conquer the world. I started several companies back then, one of which I still own and operate today. I wrote, published and marketed one of the first PC-based CRM systems in 1981. I began repairing the earliest PC's and setting up the very first local area networks for small businesses in the late 1980's. I even owned and operated a vintage video game store in Manhattan for 15 years. I wrote custom software, designed distance learning systems and taught college courses and business training classes. The one common thread was starting new businesses and business ventures. I love it and now that I am semi-retired, I would like to pass this knowledge on to others.
