I asked James to come and speak to a Forum group consisting of large business owners.
The theme for the year was "Tools for Growing Companies" and James spoke on the subject of branding.
Normally, if you ask a business owner if they know something about a subject, they will tell you, without hesitation, that they do. However, on the subject of branding they did not know as much as they thought they did or as much as the need to.
Within a span of about 45 minutes, James proceeded to provide a series of tools (worksheets) that allowed each owner to self analyze their own company from a branding perspective. Not only was the talk informative, it was fun.
