JS$2/min per minuteNew ArrivalI Provide Advice Beneficial to Disengaged Employees in Corporate AmericaJessica SimkoCreated 10 years ago in Business / Getting StartedI have over 20 years experience in HR Management and four years in career coaching and advising. I have a very unique perspective and firmly believe that most traditional advice doesn't work. The reason for this is because action steps given when the voice in your head continues to say the things it has always said means that most people can only be guided for so long before they go back to how they are used to do things. The only way to make lasting change is to change the voice in your head - change your beliefs; change your thoughts. The key to finding lasting success and fulfillment is to live in a way where your thoughts/beliefs match your actions. This is not the case for the majority of employees working in corporate America. It's a "fake it to make it" work culture and a big reason why over 80% of employees are disengaged. I help career minded professionals learn to find their authentic self and close the gap between who they feel they should be, who others feel they should be, and who they actually are. Faking it to make it doesn't work - it just adds to the misery and the feeling of "I am not good enough". In addition, most people have many limiting beliefs. One cannot find their true calling when assessing their lives based on limiting beliefs.Jessica SimkoNew Arrival
