Jay has been instrumental in the setting up of a professional Public Affairs activity for TNT in India whilst having many other responsibilities at the same time. I am proud of having Jay on our list of PA Coordinators.

REINVENT..That's the one word that comes to mind in the same sentence as Parkhe Sir's name. I reported into Sir as a rookie and have had the pleasure of knowing him throughout my career. Every time one thought that you could slot sir, he went ahead and added a new skill set to his already vast portfolio of knowledge!! He has amazing zest for learning and taking up new assignments without a blink. And what is especially credible is his openess to share his know how with others without a second thought.
It was a great learning experience to have workied with him in the founding years of my career.

Mr Parkhe is known to me solely through our interaction in the Courier business industry in India. He has been very close to our company and helped us source out some very complex delivery projects within India. His source of knowledge and experinece has been a great help in providing to the mark services to our customers mainly based in Japan and other worldwide locations.

Wish him well for the future and must add a very to the point man and knows to walk the talk completely.

Jay (DP) as he is fondly called is a peoples manager. He commands great respect from all the team members he has lead during his various assignments at TNT. Was responsible for turning around performance in many of the assignments he has taken up. Very well read and knowledgeable ,he has contributed to many successful strategies and its effective implementation.

I worked with Parkhe in TNT West. He is an excellent mentor, interested in the development of his people, thinks out of the box and pushes people to excel in their respective roles. He has created many successful managers today by coaching and mentoring. It has been a pleasure working with him and wish him all the best in his new assignment.

Jay Parkhe is one of the most versatile and dynamic senior professionals that I have come across. I have had the privilege of working with him from close quarters and I am in awe of his ability to transform whichever activity he undertakes.
While he was a Regional General Manager and Head of the Western India Region, he would walk away with “Region of the Quarter” awards within TNT India quarter after quarter. Within a year of donning the mantle of Director of CSR encompassing a wide gamut of corporate social responsibility, health & safety, corporate security and integrity, he gave a new dimension to the CSR department. When Indian corporates are still grappling with this new concept, Jay has taken TNT’s India CSR initiatives to a different level.
