Over the course of the last decade, I've trained and led over 400 soldiers. I've received them as inexperienced 18 year old's with nothing to their name and mentored them into functioning and motivated individual problem solvers. My greatest strength is the ability to identify YOUR strengths and weaknesses and provide you with realistic goal setting skills.
