I hold a BA in Organizational Management, an MBA, and am pursuing my Doctorate of Business Administration from George Fox University. My current research is on the effects of cross-functional knowledge on the success of a leader’s transition to new industry and my current projects focus on individual and organizational leadership development, coaching, and mentorship. I am an experienced Project Manager and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and a Company Commander in the California Army National Guard – I spent 9 years enlisted and commissioned 6 years ago.
