I interacted with Jim in different projects at Reveal. Many times it was to coordinate product hand-off between Engineering and Manufacturing. Jim was a great person to deal with and was able to help us navigate the MFG waters when we needed it! Jim is a no-nonsense director and understands when something needs to be taken by MFG, and also when to push back and get ENG to do our jobs! Jim also helped us to establish QuickBase as a tool for project management in Engineering.

Jim also had great people skills and helped keep company spirits up at a time when spirits needed lifting!
