When I think about coaching, I think about a coffee tree (my family has been in the coffee business for over 30 years). It’s easy to focus on what’s above the ground - the leaves, the trunk, the fruit - but a coffee tree without nutrient-rich soil will never reach its potential. Only when the soil is nourished and cared for does the tree bloom as it can. It’s the same in life. We often ignore the soil and focus on the fruit. Coaching, for me, is about nourishing the soil, and if you work with me, that’s what we’ll do. We’ll work on the foundations of your life so that your soil is rich and your fruit bountiful.
I know that running a business is stressful. That's why I offer Business Coaching to help busy entrepreneurs gain perspective, create new results, and transform their companies and experiences. As one of my clients likes to say, I'm the silent partner with no stake in her company. With experience as a former co-founder and business owner myself, I know how challenging it can be to manage a busy schedule, deal with day-to-day issues, and also plan for the future. I've made my share of mistakes and have learned that speaking with someone who can empathize with you while also asking the tough questions you don't want to think about is an invaluable resource while maintaining and building high-performing businesses.
For much of my life, I was stuck. Every time I was confronted with making a choice about my future I went into analysis paralysis and avoided choosing anything at all. Big surprise, it didn't work. Over the last four years, I've transformed my life through coaching. And now I'm here to help you do the same. By getting clear on your inner and outer blocks, I'll coach you to new discoveries and we'll create a plan to get you from where you are to where you want to go. I've been mentored in coaching for three years by one of New York's top executive coaches and will soon receive my professional coaching certification through the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC).
