For much of my life, I was stuck. Every time I was confronted with making a choice about my future I went into analysis paralysis and avoided choosing anything at all. Big surprise, it didn't work. Over the last four years, I've transformed my life through coaching. And now I'm here to help you do the same. By getting clear on your inner and outer blocks, I'll coach you to new discoveries and we'll create a plan to get you from where you are to where you want to go. I've been mentored in coaching for three years by one of New York's top executive coaches and will soon receive my professional coaching certification through the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC).
