Ian Cleary

Ian was an inspiration to work with, he is a very motivated individual with a fantastic work ethic. One important thing that Ian impressed upon me was his attention to R&D - he was very attuned to what was going on in the wider industry and had great ideas about how new technology could lead the company into new ways of doing things and new ideas. Also Ian was very good at introducing new methodologies to improve testing and development as a whole. I hope to have the pleasure of working with Ian again in the future,
