It was quite a kick working for Howard on an Ultra Low Cost cellphone platform pre-study !
He is the kind of manager that will share with you his strong vision, set you on a clear target, empower you, then simply track the progress with a results focus and back you up when you request it. On this task that he obviously felt very personal about, I loved the way he refrained from getting involved directly, even though my methods were not the ones he was expecting.
Additionally, I liked his caustic humour and his 'rather assertive style'. I hope to have the chance to work again with Howard in the future.

Howard came with good strategy and inspired people working in Entry organization. He also drive the organization to conquer challenges from fierce competitions. Howard always can point out the key factors and make decision quickly, I learn a lot from the interactions with him.
