I am all about getting behind a holistic view of work. When I support anyone, I want them to feel comfortable in letting the honesty rip. I am not a therapist, but have worked with many entrepreneurs, business owners and therapists on bringing out the emotional side of their work. It counts. And in my mind it's key to unlocking some of the other factors that lead to productivity, momentum and results. But I also love to roll up my sleeves on the project management, efficiencies and tools once they make sense. Think of me as both right and left brain strength in your corner.
