High-level ADAS/AD background
- Started in radar-based ADAS at Bosch delivering perception, diagnostics, and prototype vehicles, then grew into AD (L2) platform, automated parking, and now L2+/L2++ ADAS leadership at ZF.

- Progressed from software engineer to Senior Engineering Supervisor leading 15+ FTEs (algo project leads and application engineers) in AD/ADAS Function & Algorithm at ZF.
- Owns integration of ZF’s new-generation ADAS systems into demo vehicles, responsible for all NA AD/ADAS demos, and acts as technical point of contact for business hunting and customer engagements.
- Managed core/platform AD parking projects, built new teams, coordinated international R&D, and delivered 20+ major vehicle demos for global OEMs in US/EU to support new business wins.

- Acted as Product Owner for ADAS simulation frameworks and as Engineering Project Manager for automated driving (parking), handling product strategy, market/feasibility analysis, partner scouting, and supplier negotiations.
- Supported RFQs, defined roadmaps and milestones, maintained backlogs, led agile ceremonies, and ensured on-time, high-quality algorithm and system deliverables.
